Practice Diagnostic: Medical Spa Consultants in Texas
STRATEGIC ADVISORY FOR MEDICAL AESTHETICS AND WELLNESS PRACTICES
THE PRACTICE DIAGNOSTIC
The Practice Diagnostic is for owners who know something is off and want to know what. The practice is busy. The team is working. The numbers are not what they should be, or the strain is higher than the revenue justifies, and the cause is not obvious from the inside.

Luminary evaluates the whole practice across three lenses, finance, operations, and leadership, and returns a ranked answer: the three to five constraints that matter most, in order of consequence, with the recommendation for each. It is a med spa business assessment written by an owner-operator, for an owner, in three weeks. From $5,000.

WHAT THE DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATES
Most practice problems present in one place and originate in another. A margin problem is often a scheduling problem. A staffing problem is often a role-clarity problem. The Diagnostic looks at all three systems at once so the memo names the cause, not the symptom.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
An executive memo of five to seven pages. It contains findings by lens, the ranked list of constraints, risk flags, and priority recommendations, each stated plainly enough to act on. The memo is followed by a 60-minute readout with ownership, where Luminary walks through the findings and answers questions.

The memo is a decision document. It tells you what is wrong, in what order it matters, and what Luminary would do first. It does not contain a re-forecast, a rebuilt set of books, or an implementation plan. Those belong to later engagements, or to your own team.

HOW IT WORKS
WEEK 1: DATA AND INTAKE
Luminary sends a short data request with the proposal: trailing profit and loss by month, revenue by service line and provider, the current price list, a payroll summary by role, and a utilization report if your practice management system produces one. The week opens with a 60-minute intake conversation with ownership.
WEEK 2: ANALYSIS
Financial analysis and benchmarking, workflow review, and the leadership interviews. Luminary may ask two or three follow-up questions by email. Your time in this week is under two hours.
WEEK 3: MEMO AND READOUT
The memo is delivered in writing, then discussed in the readout. Ownership leaves with a ranked list and a first move.
WHAT THE DIAGNOSTIC IS NOT
The Diagnostic does not re-forecast, rework your books, design standard operating procedures, mediate conflicts between staff, or implement anything. It identifies system failures and ranks them. It does not manage the fix. That boundary is deliberate. It keeps the engagement short, keeps the fee fixed, and keeps Luminary's judgment independent of any interest in what you do next.

INVESTMENT
From $5,000, fixed fee, confirmed after a scoping call. The fee is credited in full toward an Advisory Engagement that begins within 60 days of the readout, so an owner who moves from diagnosis to decision pays for the Diagnostic once.
