WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Include a few sentences about the practice and what you are working through.
2. Schedule a Call
We will be in contact to schedule a 30-minute scoping call. If we believe that our firm is not the right fit for your needs we will let you know in advance.
3. The Scoping Call
Luminary asks about the practice, the decision in front of you, and your timeline, and recommends an engagement. Simple projects will be quoted on the call. More complex engagements may require 24 hours to create a custom quote.
4. Moving Forward
If you proceed, you will receive a short engagement letter, a data request, and a start date. The project timeline will depend on the type of engagement.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
The scoping call goes faster when the first message covers four things: what kind of practice it is and roughly how long it has been open; what feels off, or what decision is in front of you; whether you have looked at the engagements and which one seems closest; and where the practice is located.
Owners who are opening a practice rather than running one should say so. Luminary serves funded, pre-opening owners through Pre-Opening Advisory, which has its own conditions.

WHERE WE ARE
Luminary Strategic's office headquarters is based at 7200 W University Dr, Suite 200, McKinney, TX 75071. Scoping calls are held by phone or video. Engagement sessions are held on site at the client's practice or remotely, at the client's preference. Meetings at the McKinney office are by appointment.
WHERE WE WORK
Luminary advises practice owners across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Southlake, Denton, and the surrounding Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant County communities. Owners elsewhere in Texas are welcome to inquire. Engagements outside the state are considered by introduction only.
